We currently live in a world of the ‘”Entitlement generation” where kids are constantly bored, digitally distracted, over- stimulated and over – gifted. Balance of the mind and body is of the utmost importance. Setting the correct mindset and structures helps them be more mindful of their behaviours and the consequences.
